From time to time families may need extra support too, which we will be happy to provide. There are all sorts of reasons why help is needed, such as when a loved one is ill or dies.  All of us need help at different times in life and if that need arises whilst you are part of the Oak Hill school community we will do our best to support you however we can.

Providing help to our children and their families as a problem emerges means we can be more effective in promoting and delivering that support as soon as it is needed.  The sooner we know, the sooner we can help. 

We teach our children to be brave every day by asking for help from adults and their friends.  As adults we can easily forget how important it is to be brave and ask others for help.  We hope that the nurturing environment we have created for our whole school community at Oak Hill will help you be brave if you need to ask for help, or if we suggest early help options based on our interactions with your child.
