Welcome to our school

Welcome to Oak Hill CE Primary School. Children from our local village, wider rural communities and nearby towns attend our school because of the level of teaching, care and support we provide.

Situated in the beautiful Cotswolds village of Alderton, the school is based in the original Victorian Cotswold stone buildings, with a modern addition of a new hall space. We recently benefitted from £150,000 of investment to improve our EYFS outdoor space, security around our site and update our classrooms to create outstanding facilities for our children.

At Oak Hill, we believe in working in partnership with our parents/guardians and community. Our parents and guardians offer invaluable practical help to support their children’s education. They use their dedication and talents to help maximise the opportunities we can offer to our pupils.

Our close ties to local organisations, including Alderton Church, also enable our pupils to look far beyond the boundaries of this school for inspiration and challenge.

We are very proud of our pupils and the contribution their families make to this school. If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch.
